Sunny Clover Co. provides custom web design and development services. The scope, timeline, and pricing of each project is agreed upon before work begins.
A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion before the final files or website is delivered. All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in your package details. Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be billed at $50/hour.
Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on client responsiveness and feedback. Delays caused by the client (late content, slow feedback) may extend the timeline.
The client is responsible for providing all necessary content including text, images, logos, and brand materials in a timely manner. Sunny Clover Co. is not responsible for delays caused by missing content.
Upon final payment, the client owns the rights to the final website design. Sunny Clover Co. retains the right to display the work in our portfolio.
Monthly maintenance plans are billed on a recurring basis. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund for the current billing period.
Sunny Clover Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the project.
